Q. I selected my square but my entry status still says "Not Confirmed". What do I do next?
A. Please check with you pool manager. Typically, Pool Mangers will wait until they receive your payment, then they will change your status to "confirmed". Once you are confirmed your square will turn green.
Q. As a pool manager, how do I confirm the "Entry Status" of each player in my squares pool?
A. There is a link called "Participants" in the menu bar of your squares page. Only Pool Managers will have the ability to change a players Entry Status from "Not Confirmed" to "Confirmed".
How to create and manage a new pool:
Share your pool ID and Pool Password with your friends
Close your pool when all squares have been filled
Confirm status of all pool participants
How to join existing pool:
Enter pool ID and Pool Password
Run your own pool:
Click “Create New Pool” in the right sidebar
Fill out the form with your pool information. Remember your pool ID and pool password!
Share your pool ID and Pool Password with your friends
Send an email to all your friends with your pool ID and Pool Password! They will need to enter this information to join your pool.
Close your pool when all squares have been filled
Pool managers will have “Manager Controls” available in the menu bar when viewing your squares grid
Manger Controls > Close Pool
Confirm status of all pool participants
Click “Participants” in menu bar to view all pool participants.
Select each user and click the “confirm” button at the bottom of the participants page.
Pool managers will have “Manager Controls” available in the menu bar when viewing your squares grid
Manger Controls > Generate Numbers
Note: Numbers must be generated using this automatic tool. Numbers cannot be entered manually at this time.

Manger Controls > Select Winners
Join existing pool:
Enter pool ID and Pool Password
Log into Squarezy.com with your username and password.
Enter the pool ID and Pool Password in entry form in the sidebar on the right, and click Join!
Click on any empty square to lock in your square.
